My Inaugural First Post.
Years ago, I had a post on Facebook that was, for lack of a better word, vitriolic about the use of the word Blog. I ridiculed the ‘Blogosphere’ and every other word that people were mashing together with ‘blog’.
I still think it’s a silly word, but… here I am. I have started a blog. I think it’s important that when you feel you might have something of substance to share with the world (in this case, the people that have me friended on Facebook, for the most part) you should be encouraged and given an outlet to do said sharing. I’m going to update regularly about things that I find interesting, important, silly, funny, weird, gross, exciting… well. You get the idea.
My name is Jim Cline, and I am officially becoming a blogger.
It’s a momentous damn occasion.
